1. Return Eligibility
Our products are non-returnable, except in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- The wrong item has been delivered
To qualify for a return:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Clear photo/video proof of the issue must be provided
Returns will not be accepted without valid visual proof.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used or opened products
- Products without original packaging
- Items received in perfect condition
- Orders without proof of damage/wrong delivery
- Change-of-mind or fragrance preference issues
All sales are considered final, unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with:
- Order number
- Photo/video proof of the damage or incorrect product
- Your contact details
After verification, we will offer:
- A replacement of the same product, or
- A refund, only if replacement is not available
4. Refund Process
Once approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–7 business days to reflect in your account
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
6. Shipping Policy
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499
- For orders below ₹499, shipping charges will apply as per our shipping policy
