6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

U and I is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Customer unavailability during delivery

  • Failure to collect packages from courier pickup centers

If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.

7. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, items are missing, or tracking shows the package lost:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Photos/videos of the issue

    • Courier receipt (if applicable)

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund as applicable.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them.
